Warranty Policy

Bags and accessories

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products upon presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty applies once per item on the initial purchase and covers manufacturing defects. These defects may include, but are not limited to, zippers and seams. The warranty does not apply to snags or scratches on hardware. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use, dye transfer, deformation, accident, improper maintenance, or modification of the product. This must be normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to repair, exchange the product, or provide compensation.


To benefit from the warranty, proof of purchase will be required. In the event of a defect upon receipt of the product, the claim must be made to the retailer concerned or sent by email to info@tacokidz.com if the purchase was made online at www.tacokidz.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Taco Kidz reserves the right to refuse to apply the warranty if the reason is deemed inapplicable to it or if a lack of respect in communication is observed.


If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, we can offer you another item of the same value.
