Order processing times for Quebec are 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods. TACO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

***Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or online stores.***
If you purchased your TACO through a physical or virtual retailer, please contact that retailer's customer service department to find out their return or exchange procedure.

If you wish to return an item purchased on tacokidz.com, you have 30 days from the date you received your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, within 24 to 72 hours.
You can return your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@tacokidz.com and include your order number. We will send you the procedure and a label to affix to the return package, which you can return to any Canada Post outlet. A $10 fee for the shipping label will be deducted from your total refund. The TACO team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the established conditions.

You can exchange your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@tacokidz.com with your order number and the product you want to exchange. We will send you the procedure and a label to affix to the return package, which you can return to any Canada Post outlet. Once your package is received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice, free of charge.

As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund will be issued. It may take between 24 and 72 hours for the balance to appear on your bank statement.

Bags and accessories
We offer a one-year warranty on all our products upon presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty applies once per item on the initial purchase and covers manufacturing defects. These defects may include, but are not limited to, zippers and seams. The warranty does not apply to snags or scratches on hardware. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use, dye transfer, deformation, accident, improper maintenance, or modification of the product. This must be normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to repair, exchange the product, or provide compensation.

Our bags and accessories are designed to be easy to care for. We recommend hand cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Some items (like lunch boxes) should not be machine washed or tumble dried to maintain their durability.

Yes, TACO incorporates responsible choices into its design. The interior of all our bags and accessories is made from 100% recycled polyester.
The exterior is made of durable materials, chosen for their strength and longevity, because a product that lasts is also a gesture for the planet.
We're taking it one step at a time, with the goal of creating more thoughtful essentials without compromising on quality or functionality.

Personalized bags are made especially for you and are therefore considered final sale. Returns are not accepted on personalized items.

Why are there slight white marks on my personalized bag?
To ensure the embroidery is positioned accurately, we use a temporary fabric marking pencil during the personalization process. Although we carefully remove the markings before shipping, slight white traces may still be visible when you receive your bag.
Rest assured, since our bags are water resistant and the marking pencil is water soluble, you can simply gently rub the affected area with a clean damp cloth to remove any remaining traces.

The final appearance of the personalization may differ slightly from the preview shown. Our team ensures that the name is properly centered and that spacing and margins are respected.

Why can't TACO lunch boxes be personalized?
TACO lunch boxes, the Alexis and Liam models, cannot be personalized because their interior features an insulated lining. The personalization process could damage this material and compromise the product’s leak resistant properties and thermal performance.
