Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada for all purchases of $55 or more before taxes and after discounts. Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 business days depending on the delivery address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email for tracking with Canada Post or FedEx. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages.

If the package is returned due to an error in the delivery address, a move, or a refused package, an additional shipping fee of $9 + tax will be charged for the return of the item. 

Warehouse Pickup

We offer the possibility of picking up your order free of charge at our Laval warehouse at 3720 Autoroute des Laurentides. If you select the 'Collect' option when choosing the delivery method, your order will be prepared within 24 hours. As soon as it is ready, you will receive an email asking you to select the ideal time for you to pick up your order. Available time slots are Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

*You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours after placing your order by emailing us at info@tacokidz.com. Don't forget to tell us your order number associated with the purchase as well as the reason for the change or cancellation.*
