Return policy

If you wish to return an item purchased on tacokidz.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. The refund will be made to the initial payment method, within a time frame which may vary between 24 and 72 hours.

Here are the options for returning your merchandise:

By post
You can return your order by post. Simply write to us at info@tacokidz.com indicating your order number. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can hand in at any Canada Post or FedEx counter. A $10 fee corresponding to the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. The Lambert team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the established conditions.

 

Exchange policy (bags and accessories)

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange your purchase made on tacokidz.com for free. If you have benefited from an item on sale, this is a final sale. We do not accept exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or another online store.

To make an exchange, here are the possible options:


By post
You can exchange your order by post. Simply write to us at info@tacokidz.com indicating your order number and the product desired in exchange. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can hand in at any Canada Post or FedEx counter. Once your package is received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice, free of charge.

 

Return and exchange policy (clothing)

Your purchase can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date, if you have kept your receipt, provided the items have their labels and are still new (unworn).
Returns are made to the original payment method.
In the case of a refund, if the 30-day period is exceeded, the refund can only be made on a gift card for the amount of the returned transaction.



Price adjustment

We may offer a price adjustment on an item that was purchased at the regular price from our online store within 48 hours of the purchase date with the exception of Black Friday and Boxing Day deals. Simply email us at info@tacokidz.com to make the adjustment.

Promotions are not valid on previous purchases.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased in our online store can be exchanged for merchandise only on www.tacokidz.com or at our Montreal store.
